    Just an updated post to say: As of Today (28 Nov 2022), the Airshow Smoke bug has yet to be addressed, and any edit to the airshow smoke section in the LUA continues to break the Integrity Check. I know this is likely at the bottom of the priority list, but it'd be awesome to see this addressed in the next patch!

    As in upload a Track File? Why? This is a LUA issue, which is Track File agnostic.

    I'm just seeing this now too. This really takes the joy out of doing opposing maneuvers, but also makes it dangerously hard to spot your opposing solo across the circle to ensure deconfliction. Would love an option to extend the duration of the smoke, or to have the old smoke back until this can be improved. I know we're a small community, but why else do you have smoke dispensers if not to have folks mimic airshows! Please help!

    I'm seeing it too. Makes all smoke-based Blue Angels maneuvers look very unrealistic at the moment. Is there any way to increase the smoke duration?

    So did smoke canisters... They dissipate in 6 planelengths behind the plane, regardless of speed and conditions. Doing sky writing, smoke-primary aerobatics, Blue Angels shows is fairly pointless with the new smoke. Is there any way to increase the decay on the smoke trails?

    My cable is defective: keeps hotswapping the USB controller, which broke the headphones... have to use a headset now, but its not the end of the world (especially with my new 3080ti making a ruckus). I'm just hoping it doesn't die because cable-gate. I even asked them for a new cable two days of of warranty and got a no...........

    All the benches I've been seeing indicate the 4090 is CPU limited. In an already heavily CPU limited title, such as DCS (especially for those in VR), I think the 4090 is a waste of money at any price until multithreading (another 2+ years is my guess).

    FANTASTIC That the pre-order window is shrinking a bit! Looking more like 4-5 weeks than 5-6 weeks now! Makes me excited to see my WinWing most likely in June!!!!

    Based on timelines from folks in this thread, you've got probably another week to 3 weeks before you'll get your notification, then fulfillment (aka getting to your doorstep) could take another 3 weeks. In short, its not time to panic yet; you're still within the previously experienced pre-order timeline window

    I'd love another update like the one they posted in October, just to give us an idea of whether they've made progress of not. Obviously they have, and I'm not asking for a timeframe; just an update on what they've done since they last chatted with us, whats being done now, and whats left to do. Ya know: a stand-up for your customers about this long-awaited, long-sought-after feature! Much love to ED for making my favorite game/sim I've ever played.
