I'm wondering if you're serious or not? In your opinion just for asking how much longer it takes to release other updates, should I go to work with the ED? I don't understand why you're playing a lost cause lawyer.... Reading what you write it would seem that you are working for the ED and that you know the absolute truth, when instead the developers and administrators to every question that is asked on this forum, which is made on the answer "we are working, we will let you know more news when it will be time". By this I don't mean that the ED is sitting with its arms crossed doing nothing, we agree that other situations have been improved/released, but indeed there are modules that have been released for a long time with projects still in development . I don't think I asked too much to see something finished. I'm sorry to argue, but yours is a harsh attitude, of someone who wants to open a discussion to argue on the forum. If you're happy that's fine, but you can't force others to have your opinion. Inviato dal mio SM-G998B utilizzando Tapatalk

I'm not impatient and I don't need to punch, these are your considerations. I'm not complaining about what we've received so far but what they should have added and planned a long time ago. I can't assume they have difficulty working across multiple forms, but neither can you by stating otherwise. So your opinion is also not based on hard facts, as the module has been standing still for a long time. Inviato dal mio SM-G998B utilizzando Tapatalk

Do I have to use a 1080 resolution? Absurd.
Predator-78 replied to Predator-78's topic in DCS: The Channel
My monitor has a maximum resolution of 3440x1440...but you can't use DCS WW2 with this resolution, I assure you that you don't see other contacts at the right distances. -
Ever since I bought the new Normandy map, new Spitfire module and asset pack, I've realized that there are visibility issues at high monitor resolutions. I normally use 1440p and flying with some friends of mine who use 1080p resolution they can see the planes in flight while I am completely blind. In order not to be disadvantaged, I'm forced to reduce my video resolution to 1080p by flying to the monitor window. I think this situation is absurd and a solution should be found, otherwise at least for me it wouldn't make sense to fly to WW2. Who encountered the same problem? Has anyone solved it differently? Thank you

investigating Normandy 2.0 and multithreading performance issue
Predator-78 replied to Midgard117's topic in Bugs & Problems
The most serious problem is that with high video resolutions it is not possible to see any contact in flight. It's impossible for me to use WW2 right now... -
It would be great to have more updates. They were talking about almost finished work, two months have passed. Will we be able to have it in September?
-
It would be great to have especially a helmet with a movable visor for sunlight and not the current one which is also down at night.

We've read this answer before, it's not polemic. You will communicate when you are ready...yes, but when? The form has been out for a long time now and the situation hasn't changed. It is not a reproach, but a fact and writing that we will be notified does not change the situation. Too many modules to handle = more time to finish them. ...you can do whatever you want, but if the Simulator is broken and not optimized there is no way out of the problem. It must be the developers who fix this problem not us. Inviato dal mio SM-G998B utilizzando Tapatalk

I understand that the work of the development team is onerous, a difficult and full path and with unexpected events. However, the Carrier was released quite some time ago, advertised with all good intentions. Since then, other than the staff on deck, no major updates have been released such as elevators, briefing room etc...I believe the team cannot work on all modules at the same time, get their hands on multiple modules not simple. Take this not as a criticism but as an advice, because waiting to see a completed form all this time is really frustrating. Inviato dal mio SM-G998B utilizzando Tapatalk

Since the latest updates I've noticed an impressive drop in the simulator's performance, it got even slower when starting up. Also, it happened more than once that after starting up I had incredible frame drops until the mouse pointer stopped (a couple of times it even crashed). After starting up and finally having access, especially in multiplayer you can see that it suffers a lot in loading textures etc... I have a fairly performing PC with recent components but during use there are times when the frames drop a lot. I hope the developers manage to optimize the situation.

Since the release of the module I have tried to learn as much as possible. But I don't understand two things: 1. how to manually change the entered waypoints? Since the UFC I haven't been able to do it, probably a complicated procedure compared to the more intuitive one of the Hornet; 2. command setting for the WSO. Again I had difficulty doing this. Having only one hotas (Warthog) I managed to set the aces (pitch, roll and rudder). I tried to set some commands also for the Left/Right Hand Control but it doesn't work. I can only move stick and throttle.. I also tried to connect a joypad (X360) by setting some commands but it doesn't work.. Any advice?

Hi, made a first flight yesterday, fixed the axes and main commands, I had some difficulties. Flying alone I also have to adjust the WSO commands and from what I understand it takes a third stick to be able to use it, do you confirm? On tube I see mostly weapons videos, few for systems setup.
