One way I have found (more like stumbled upon) to stop this is to re-arm last. Why? No idea.. *** clarification: still disconnect ground power before taxiing away..

That real life reality is unlikely to stop ED from making an F18 sim- if that turned out to be the next module. DCS does have a few realism sacrifices present right now. I do agree wholeheartedly that a new, more realistic map would be in order- I just don't think it would be a deal breaker for ED right now or in the very short term.. We've had to live with the carriers being here this long...

BUT- unlike LOMAC there is no function that will hold the altitude, but allow you to bank the roll axis at the same time.

Maybe ED could ****simply**** put in user- adjustable mirrors instead? :smilewink:

Also- when engaged, the mode of AP will be displayed on the HUD- left side closer to bottom.

You can do it, yes. I'm not sure I would- but you could.

I doubt there is a HL option- as ED has chosen the master server route for now. The only suggestion I have is a little patience. Personally I think DCS:CeilingFan will enjoy an all around spike in sales & activity when merged with DCS:A10. No- I don't have any inside info -thus- I have zero ability to tell you that I know it's going to happen. That is based purely on the fact that Black Shark wears the DCS badge, and the DCS modules were all supposed to be compatible. Obviously- technical or other issues could de-rail this- but I do not think ED will back out of that original plan unless they truly have no option.

It seems like there's something at Nalchik. Get more tire explosions there than anywhere- about 2/3 way down on takeoff run.. I admit that it could be an illusion of numbers. Nalchik aerodrome has been used extensively in popular server missions like "Cherkessk".. who knows.. But on the other hand- this "Separatist" mission is being ran a LOT recently in MP out of Kopitnari-- have not seen a lot of this..

Actually- DCS A10 is completely separate from FC and BS... unless I've totally missed something... FC2 integrates with BS right now.. A10 / BS integration seems likely in the not too distant future, though.. At any rate- I also saw this box at Target recently- I did not see NOoBisoft anywhere on the box..I was looking for that..

Yes- a bit higher up front- one time. If Saitek breaks one time- well the math is obvious. As far as dual stage trigger- I too would love CH to implement this physically. But as you can see below, it's not really a problem. With the right software- both stages of the trigger work perfectly.

You are saying that none of the externals work? All I can think of is to check the misc option tab and see if the external views are enabled. If you are saying that only a couple of them are not working.. that could be a key assignment problem- either a conflict or the assignment got deleted..

Basically- you have mapped your physical HAT to the key command for china hat aft long. At least- it sounds that way. To resolve- How have you programmed your buttons? In DCS menus or your stick software? If DCS- verify that the correct key command for that HAT is assigned to that HAT movement. If stick software- You did not clear the Default commands that DCS assigns on it's own- and now both DCS and your profiling software are trying to send a command at the same time. They are fighting for control of the button.

There's a couple of minor items I'd like to add, but I can't bring myself to go over one page. Maybe I need to look at formatting it differently... Or maybe a separate list for post- takeoff...
