If you have purchased VRS F/A-18E for FSX you notice there's SP1 available. Anyway VRS has own "virtual cockpit" viewpoint set up. Don't use the default one. Just right click somewhere and choose it from pop-up menu. You will then sit correctly inside the cockpit just as you are used with LOFC2. By default you can change FOV with - = TrackIR? Make own profile, adjust the curves.

Actually if ED would finally replace 10 year old terrain/atmospheric engine within DCS with the one from Outerra they would be totally ahead of their competitors. I am definitely purchasing any flight sim made with Outerra just to see the engine.

You can set time delay that activates a 2nd command with any button on a Cougar/Warthog using scripts - so this is not it.

Sorry to ask such noobish question - but where is version # displayed? I don't know which beta I have :D

It is a bug in this software in my opinion. I have tested it thoughtfully and it seems APDIS behaves exactly same like APENG plus /R (release) statement. And what you are saying, any button can cycle through different keys. It is programing feature since Foxy. So APENG can f.e. toggle through all 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0 keys each time it is pressed is sends next one in sequence. That was done before in Foxy. So I see no point of APDIS here, and I am not using it. It only confused me. Until someone shows me a script that shows something that can be achieved with both APENG and APDIS that cannot be achieved with just APENG. I hope I can see that soon.

Hey, has anyone figured out why there are two actions rendered withing TARGET software for autopilot push button? APENG & APDIS In 3D view they appear on top of each other. I do not understand, because I feel only one action (single press) when I press this button and since there's already option to set different macros for press and release, hm...... Anyone?

I have a question to current SSD users. Shall one install Windows 7 OS entire on SSD (with its page file) or there is no real benefit while simming? Or maybe just install the default page file on SSD? Or just install game files on SSD (what I hear from you).

Poko24! You're alive, man! Cheers! Care to fly once SP1 is released? I don't know what people are talking about PRO pack - this is the best fighter sim I currently own. PRO pack will advance already great FBW flight model further and model automatic carrier landing mode autopilot device of some sort. That's about it, SP1 is amazing, can't wait for it! Then TACPACK so we can employ weapons and cause more then training guncam shots, but actually cause damage! Can't wait for 1 on 1 :P Just wait till my Warthog arrives, SP1 arrives, and new HDDx2 and SSD arrives :P These are going to be great holidays for simming :)

Remember that you have made a back-order for the original sim and you are supposed to wait for its release. You have received a BETA TESTER access and BETA version as a bonus. This is uncompleted version of the flight sim that is not ready to receive fully backed customer support. You are here to test it and through-fully report bugs, or otherwise wait for the full release with your pre-order. BETA puts responsibility in your hands and if you can't cope with that you shouldn't complain, but just wait for full release. PS. How did you get your hands on this game? I see only pre-purchase options. I even went to STEAM to search its store - NOTHING!

Comanche 3 is so far the best arcade helicopter sim I have ever played. If this one is at least so interesting then I am hooked :) I will try it ASAP. EDIT: Hey, it is not available. It says PRE-PURCHASE for PC :o sniff, I have just came back to work and read news on the mobile from you. I though, OMG I am going to have so much fun once I get my free time :P
