    XPLANE 10

Time will tell. I do not have big hopes for X-plane 10. I like it due to my two great addons I have purchased. One is from ND&ART Tech and other from Carenado. I use it to practice navigation for my RL flying, X-plane feels better then FSX when it comes to training yourself for RL navigation. For most of the fun I prefer FSX, especially now with its exceptional addon from VRS team.

    XPLANE 10

lol, Mower, you had to said it again, and I must disagree with you again :) no, I am not X-plane zaelot. So what that PMDG is FSX exclusive. Element1108, search the forums :)
  4. False. I have been playing Americas Army 2.x that with TrackIR4 enabled on PB enabled MP servers. No issues. TIR functionality allows players equipped with it to look around in the car.
  5. Most of such desync issues are caused by people fiddling with mods, tweaks and customizing .lua files. If client and server are not running 1:1 copy of the databases - you may expect such issues.
  6. Many old folks know this article and this website well :) It has been posted before and discussed to death ;)
  7. Thanks for description, I appreciate it. I work in aircraft maintenance section. Anyway this event kinda makes me wonder why inside the cabin there is no emergency crank with mechanism that multiplies the forces of human arm to lower the gear down - just like it was on old WW2 bombers.
  8. Now that's a landing! What was the reason of jam in the first place? Still under investigation?

    Warthog Covers

Is there any way I can track my cover shipment? I am kinda getting worried...
  10. It is being reported now that Fukushima nuclear power plant reactors are now going into full meltdown stage; nuclear fuel melted through radiation containment shell, last line of defense has been breached. We are now looking at the disaster bigger the Chernobyl. http://www.infowars.com/fukushima-nuke-plant-now-in-full-meltdown/
  11. After midnight download :>
  12. I own both VRS for FSX and DCS:WH. Yes, once you have VRS you will have an addiction problem. The quality of the product is so high that you are no longer judging it that it uses FSX platform (actually it is used only to render world). Yes they have used FSX platofrm, because DCS plaform wasn't ready 5 years ago. DCS even now isn't open for 3rd party developers, but FSX did it, so VRS did Super Hornet and totally blew my mind (I am every day surprised that FSX could pull off DCS quality of pit, feel and flight model). For me personally both sims are top awesome and I do not need anything more now. I give them such remarks: GOLD MEDAL FOR BOTH BEST FASTMOVER SIM ON MARKET: VRS BEST MUDMOVER SIM ON MARKET: DCS
  13. http://news.stanford.edu/news/2011/march/airplane-aeroelastic-flutter-032411.html Stanford University engineers have created a brand new invention to prevent flutter and by that increase aviation safety.
  14. Since you say you own FC2 then in its manual there is everything you need -> ...\Doc [folder]
  15. I have used super-glue. It broke already there as you mentioned plus where the second joint is (on the clip itself).
  16. Oh yeah. Growler would be my plane of choice. This is the sexiest craft ever for me teh-uber-EW-geek ^^
  17. It is not the first Eagle to crash in combat: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_F-15_losses
  18. As far I recall F-15E was down previously due to enemy fire. It is F-15C that is being advertised with its kill-ratio. Edit:
  19. I don't buy it. I mean there are two crew members. One of them ejected first to reduce weight, furthering damaging the plane and shifting center of weight while the other one had big ego and decided to crash land (save? lol) the plane in rough terrain, skid around only to ejected at 0-0 and then was running around with gun? Only in Hollywood they do this...:smilewink: If the plane was controllable enough to allow crash landing why wouldn't they continue flying over the sea and eject then or even try to land in Malta? Since pilots got separated by large distance they had to eject at significant altitude.
  20. I do not know what is your source but Scramble reports there are two squadrons of Su-30MK2V. http://www.scramble.nl/ve.htm I suppose 12 a/c in each, making 24 total. Wikipedia reports Sukhoi Su-30MKV Flanker-G - 24 total in service - all delivered. I think you are confusing Venezuela with Vietnam that operated total of four aircrafts of this type in Jan 2010.
  21. Okey, question though. How come plane end up this way if they both ejected looking pretty much "in shape" instead of being ripped into pieces and engines lying around. It reminds me of flat crashed Serbian Fulcrum after it was shot down - strange too.

    Vekkinho!

Lataj szybko i wysoko, Vekkinho! Wszystkiego Najlepszego! ^^
  23. These are Venezuelans. They have purchased 24 new planes and have total 24 Su-30MK2 in service since 2009. It looks like they are very happy to fly them ^^
  24. Well... ;) Let me put some pic of exported Su-30s at least :) I find these camouflage colors blending well with region's colors. Someone has done fine job and Venezuela's Flankers look really sexy ^^
  25. reading last page... nothing new or interesting discussed on Su-30 and F/A-18, not even about them... just ...same old story... same old...
