  1. Yes, misworded and mispuntuated relating to different part of your post... I had one eye on the Razbam thread, lol. Yeah, I should've deleted my reply immediately
  2. I know, this vid has been seen by most. Still, it's refreshing to see it again:
  3. I was hoping that sooner or later some form of openAI would take over, might even hash out some ideas for solutions or cause a hybrid war
  4. Why not have more fun and merge all the DLL threads with this one. So now I can safely assume there might be a clock ticking in my Hornet, my USB devices, heck... my Intel chip might be 'squeezing' through my Vbox, what else... OK, I stayed late last night reading about unit89 then I had nightmares!
  5. If you filter out the silliness you might find some 'dynamic' info there.
  6. Well, good to hear... I'm still considering it after it showed back up... with 120hz refresh. The website this morning looked better, a bit more 'involving' to browse through all options and the availability timeline but that's OK
  7. ... last night I saw 2 vids on YT made by MRTV guy. Was this a 'glitch' on Pimax website? Anyone from Pimax cares to elaborate?
  8. Hehe, I wouldn't doubt it. The way this entire kaboodle is running...
  9. I'm too old, they won't grow any more . Practically, I don't give a s*** if I get hacked on a gaming rig. Actually, would be kinda fun to do some blue team stuff... with the help of some pro's of course, lol. What gets me is the arrogance of some companies. They'll throw you some crumbs, wrap them up anyway they want w/o any consideration of what happens downstream... drives me up the wall
  10. I can see the difficulty catching up to ED's pace... I wonder if the pro side of the house works at the same pace. Are these the same coders?
  11. OK, I see about 20 original statement expanded into 70 pages of different word combinations, grammar patterns, translations and predictions... time for something original: What if both parties + others are scheming together First, let's see how desperate people here are then... Nah, that doesn't add up, next theory... Yeah, laugh all you want but until they debug some of my jets, my head is full of conspiracies
  12. Their hands are washed clean with this EULA "...beyond reasonable control" - that's all I need to know. The updated packages are submitted to someone with reasonable control and of course that someone makes sure that all packages are tested thoroughly and not a single bug can slip through. The internal testers never seem to notice any... OK, one or two maybe. Who cares about some .dll alerts? Oh yeah, the testers probably have the entire DCS dir. excluded or simply don't use AVs. I admire their trust. I'm just a paranoid oddball.
  13. It takes a bit more effort to configure properly, I think... BTW, few days ago my Defender almost gave me a heart attack. I left a copy of Kali Linux ISO in my D/L folder and forgot about it. When the Defender scanned my rig it went bonkers... around 50 severe/critical threats detected, lights flashing, sirens going off! . All these pen testing goodies...
  14. So... now I know for sure both parties already agreed on one thing: Absolutely no fine print about possibly getting shafted. It's a start.
  15. Forum moderators are, for sure other then that, I doubt it.
  16. I've been away from DCS for a bit but if I remember correctly we already had it working at one time or another. BTW, do you have your JHMCS on all the time or just the HUD?
  17. If someone prepared it properly and extensively for the 'genre' I'd definitely buy it... so would DOD probably
  18. I blame the whole world (of coders) for letting ED to become the only option
  19. Freaken microshaft... Instead of this silly Recall thing they should make their Copilot (the proper name is already there! ) get involved in our gaming activities... jump in the back seat, monitor online/offline traffic and keep track of things, monitor how DCS manages GPUs, cores and memory... yeah!
  20. The windows defender deleted your .exe and then created a rule? Wow. Well, I know Windows Defender likes to adjust the firewall once in a while... just to help us
  21. maxTRX

    Beta Testers vacancy?

Either that or the reports they produce go in the 'junk mail' folder and ED still releases the update with bugs listed as 'fixed' or... whatever
