Maybe I am missing something. I can bring the 2D NS 430 window up (I am flying the Su25T) but I cannot interact with it using the mouse in any way besides moving it about the screen or resizing it. Can we not use the mouse to interact with the NS 430 while inside the NS 430 window? If not why not? Do we actually have to use physical controls?

I want that and I want to buy it from you because I like what you have to offer. But really to make this a viable, for sale, product you need to make an installer. You stated this is a work in progress. Are you close to making a final or consumer release? There IS a market for this sort of thing. I might even consider a yearly subscription if you update it with new air frames as DCS releases them.

I have the EDTracker PRO (wireless) version and it works flawlessly. I use Opentrack 2.3.9 software. You need to use the joystick input option. I plan on mixing this with infrared tracking using a modified PS3 camera as soon as my MK2 clip comes in (Natural Point fix your Track Clip Pro). I plan on using the ED Tracker for pitch, yaw, and roll and using the MK2 for X, Y, and Z axis. The best part is when I am done I will be totally wireless. I have a TrackIR 4 but I got tired of it losing tracking when I turn my head too much or look down. However EDTracker only provides 3 degrees of freedom. Mixing both using FUSION in Opentrack should give me the best of both worlds. (6 degrees of freedom and no loss of tracking during pitch and yaw) Something to consider.

Has anyone used an Amazon Kindle (7 inch) as a monitor? I am interested in using one for a Shkval for both Su25T and Blackshark. I would also like to use it as an MFD for Harrier, A-10C, (maybe A to) and F/A-18C (in that order). If you have done it how did you do it? Can you post step by step instructions?

I bought it long ago but I can't get the 2D to work. How do you get it to come up. I hit Left Shift, Left Alt, B and........................ nothing. Is that not the correct command? And before anyone asks, YES, I do have the pop up enabled in the special tab.

"If you had the NS430 before, update your game, and go into the Special tab under settings and see all the aircraft you can enable it for in 2D, you are certainly getting more for your initial purchase." Did it but all I see are 3 options. Apply to popup window Apply to MI-8 Apply to L-39C All of them are checked.

I already have the NS-430 for the Hip. My understanding is the 2D version for the other aircraft is a separate product. However when I try to buy the NS-430 it says I already have a license for the product. If I had it for Hip do I already have the 2D version for other aircraft? If so what command makes it appear on screen. If not how do I get the 2D version. Signed, Confused

In my opinion EDTracker is WAY more accurate (it virtually got rid of the "shaking" I experience when using TrackIR) and EDTracker does NOT lose tracking. My biggest issue using TrackIR was losing tracking when I look down, no more with EDTracker. I went to another room in the house and had my wife stand in the room with the monitor..... EDTracker still did not lose tracking. You can also get a wireless version of EDTracker that is super light weight.

No I mean TrackIR simply does not register at all. It only seems to pick up the ED Tracker even though OPENTRACK clearly shows both working.

Well I made the changes in Opentrack to track from 2 sources. I track from a PS Eye cam and an ED Tracker. It seems to work perfectly in the OpenTrack software but in game it seems only the ED Tracker works. I have a lot of money in this (had to buy software and 2 PS Eye cameras.... don't ask :music_whistling: ) and would like to accomplish my goal. The reason I started this is because I got tired of looking down and losing tracking. The ED Tracker totally solved that problem. It simply won't lose tracking. I have been in another room where I could not even see the monitor and it still tracked my head. The problem is I lose x y and z. Running OpenTrack at the same time restores those functions. In the software it really is the best of both worlds and works perfectly..... in the game itself only one seems to work at a time and I don't know why.

From the desk of Yo-Yo, one of our flight model engineers. As the Yak-52 is not really suitable for any combat simulation, and is a very special DCS product, we can show the “behind the curtain” tuning and verification process regarding our flight test results. Yo-Yo if it is not really suitable for combat then why is ED trying to wedge it into Digital COMBAT Simulator. Frankly, (my opinion) ED is losing focus.

Gentlemen I got this to work.......... sort of. I am using OpenTrack 2.2 Stable 20141112. I have the tracking software tracking ED Tracker for Pitch, Yaw, and Roll. I have it using a modified PlayStation Eye and Track Clip Pro to track X, Y, and Z. It seems to work perfectly....... in the tracking software. However when I open DCS World 2.5......... nothing happens. I would like some help if anyone is able. I have put a lot of time and money into this and don't want to fail right at the finish line. So again, I need help at this point.

The DCS 2.5 graphics are SO AMAZING. From my DCS Newsletter: Our dream is to offer the most authentic and realistic simulation of military aircraft, tanks, ground vehicles and ships possible. More to come? Are we going to see DCS Tank? Are we going to have DCS ground warfare servers? Actually why don't we have those now? Someone that is good at coding missions and understands ground warfare should start a ground warfare server just to see how it goes. I would definitely give it a go.

Why are these selling for $250 dollars on Newegg (shipped from BTE Outlet)? I bought mine for $169.99 from Logitech in Sept of 2017? I just checked and they are still selling for $169.99. What the hell is going on? What's with the $80 (32%) markup?

Update. I am now going to try to use a Playstation Eye (model SLEH-00201) and a ZOMEi 25MM IR 850 GLASS Infrared X-Ray Filter 850nm. I am going to try the duel head tracker input in an earlier version of OpenTrack using the EDTracker and using the modified webcam with a TrackClip Pro. I am still waiting on the filter. I will post an update soon.

Ok gents so far using the newest version of OpenTrack and TrackIR is not working. I think I may have a solution though. However, I may need a bit of help. I have found that version 2.2 Stable of OpenTrack offers dual input (main and auxiliary tracker). However I cannot get it to recognize my TrackIR camera. If I can get over this hurdle I can test it and give you feedback. Would anyone like to help me out?
