Oh I have a TIR, but that doesnt change the FOV on the HUD...zoom makes it 'bigger' whereas moving forward on the TIR doesn't change the size of the HUD symbology. :D I'm gonna try the rotary around the E button...I forgot it had those, to be honest :lol:

Now we just need an F-14 model and a Miramar map and we can recreate the fight scenes from Top Gun! :D 'Holy sh*t its Viper!' Nice job!

Well, maybe then I'll tweak, all things considered. I use my rotary + pinky for radios right now, but the boat switch sounds like a way better use for it than the zoom. Thanks for the input!

Damn, I use my slider for speed brakes. Could that be adapted to the scroll wheel? I don't suppose so as its not an axis...

Hey guys, I have a Saitek X-52 Pro. Currently I have the profile set up to use the scroll wheel on the throttle to zoom in and out (each click is a / or a * on the numpad). Curious if anyone has a better way to do this? I have to really crank on the wheel to get it to move. Thanks in advance! Soup

I do believe you're confusing EAC with PAC. PAC is precision attitude control, and is used to mitigate kick from that big ol beast of a gun when it fires. EAC is Enhance Attitude Control, and is the system that improves the handling of the aircraft. Hope that helps!

I fixed it wooooo! Took it apart and cleaned some stuff, reseated some connections, threw it back together and it worked!

Hey guys, I've got a Saitek X52 that I've had for a few months. I've done the magnet mod, so the warranty is voided. Question I have is if I use my rudder at all, my roll axis (X-axis, left and right motion) will not register. It was noticable before the magnet mod, better after, but now I have no X-axis at all. Has anyone seen this? Google searches turn up naught. What I'm thinking of doing (since I voided my warranty already) is taking the stick the rest of the way apart around the base and checking for cold solders or what have you...any other suggestions? I already checked the magnets and they're still in place. Or, if anyone has an X52 stick they want to offload cheap, let me know :D Soup

Woot! Datalink in MP working? I see but that doesnt seem to indicate that datalink is WORKING, just a crash is resolved. Bummer if not, but thanks for the rest. :D

Anyone else having trouble downloading from any of the FTP sites and HTTP1? All I can get is the torrent (which is stupid slow) and HTTP3 to work. The FTP sites all ask for a login and password.
