Excuse-me sir, but you can't compare. F-14 is a top notch piece of software and F-14A is a free plus, not a core of module. Oh, and you are right about the issues with others developers, I bought the Supercarrier and can't use it. And have no answers from ED about the ridiculous performance problem.

Too much salt, if we outer every single 3rd party studio without dialogue in civil manner, why developers will bother develop new planes to DCS? I believe all our concerns is clear and Razbam now know what is need to do about Harrier. Lets give some time folks.

Hey guy, calm down... The module have some problems, but is not unplayable and is fun. Everyone chill, its not good for us throw in trash all the work of Razbam. Lets wait 2 or 3 days till Nineline bring the answers everyone want.

Well, tried a flight in the new map, no surprises, the same washed colors and gamma problem in VR. Thank God we have the awesome work of Mustang and his shaders mod to help.

Well... time to uninstall SC (unplayable at moment) and Nevada (nobody I known fly in this map) to save space.

Yeah, I just quit using the SC too, when I see a mission what I really need to take off on SC, I choose another plane or goe to do something else.

Not only shadows and clouds. Smokes of objects fire on terrain, contrails, missile smokes too. ED dont need tracks to look that, just click in "instant action" and you can see that problem all the time.

I struggled with the problem of gamma when the cockpit was dark like a blackhole or the sky outside was bright like a thousands suns until i found this mod: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=281666 Mustang did a great job and the difference is like a day vs night, this is a "must have" and now I really can enjoy the game. So, now the Mustang did the hard work, please ED use the settings of this shaders mod a default settings in the next patch.

I tried this mod yesterday and the difference is like day and night, superb mod, now I can see inside and outside my cockpit! Why in the hell the ED can't do something like this?

Sorry mayns414, but Minsky is right. I have a GTX1070 and my 2D performance is very very good with 130fps in med/low settings, but fall to 45 in SC. A performance 65% lower just for SC crew is beyond of acceptable. In VR is just impraticable. I'm quit this module and use only the Stennis when I need to takeoff from carrier. I really don't care anymore.

You use the fpsVR? It's broken after the last update, if it is loaded the SteamVR crashs after 5 minutes.

+1 This problem is a game breaking, If you want to see something inside your plane, the cost is not see anything outside, missiles, wvr, etc is really difficult. ED need to update the promo video and remove the instance "VR is beautifully supported".

My performance on VR is much better after this update, and my system specs are really below recomended to VR.

Well, living in a poor country I can understand you on how hard is to keep this hobby. In my country a full fidelity module cost more than 40% of a minimum wage, a Saitek X56 costs 2.5 minimum wages, a Ryzen 5, RTX 2060 and 16gb costs more than 10 minimum wages, but the Joystick, and PC will mean nothing without the base game to play.

You need to bind a key to VR Zoom on UI Layer (personally I use space key, easy to find, but if you have some button on your hotas to spare, will help a lot), and VR Spyglass Zoom.

+1 Sometimes I being really upset with DCS performance, but the ED make my infance dreams come true in some form, so, just show some gratitude for the hard work.
