  1. First time a shot the BFG of a Tank I thought a huge recoil pointed my gun to the sky ...but I was only blinded by smoke :D Hope some day that gets reworked. Views from aircraft could live without it if that needs too much performance though in the TGP it would be a nice.
  2. That happens me all the time, I send a convoy over a bridge and they all glitch on it and fall down...I lose half of my forces on bridge glitching :D

  4. Probably bc your video memory is at its peak now with helios :) do u use softTH to run fullscreen? that boosts FPS!
  5. No but USA servers "might" have a better connection for your location. As MTFDarkEagle said the FTPs ask for that stuff when they have high traffic! You can use them generally but not at that moment then. the torrent is usually the fastest anyway
  6. You mean I don't have to edit lua files to get visibility ranges adjusted for multi monitor use and no lua files to edit to get all radio commands and resource windows etc to the center screen etc.? Like a simulator should handle it? Sounds awesome! Will try it tonight! :)
  7. When doing a mission I could tell Flights to stop Orbiting and attack. But that the fact they went on my smoke targets was rather bc they were closest I think :) not bc I bossed them around. Yes I hope that's going to come too! Though I am not a SP anyway.
  8. Do your convoys go over bridges? Mine glitch into it or fall down with a 70% likely-hood. For most glitched vehicles that have 1st person capability I can jump in and it gets free. but my supply trucks etc are screwed.
  9. Can someone try JTAC with AI planes please and make a tiny video? I can't really communicate with the AI CAS-A10s and they totally ignore my IR beam etc. and bomb everything else around :) EDIT: nevermind Nate answered it! Thanks nate

  12. ANd my list continues :) Almost non of my vehicles I send somewhere make it over a bridge. They all fall down the bridge/slope or glitch into it. But still a great new beta toy!

  15. Great new Module overall! I can't aim with smoke really though. Always lands miles ahead or behind the Target. Anyone tried JTAC with AI? I can lase or beam a target but I didn't find out how to tell the A10s yet :) They so far bomb what they want and don't care a penny about my beam or laser :) Rather seems they save my marked target for last and take out everyone around. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XY_ccyDM-eY Also when leaving the JTAC view the targeting seems to maintain but when jumping back its off. Changing laser target forces me to lose target to push the set button and then it crashes. Guess atm its more convenient for MP and Teamspeak comminication.

  17. GBUs don't go pitbull do they? So if you drop from 15-20ft on a moving target you won't get a good hit with 10sec lasing when the bomb is dropping >30sec or am I wrong? Maybe you could lead the target on a fix estimation and then turn on it 10sec before impact (regarding energy efficiency)? I guess in this case its a static target and your energy efficiency point might be valid though I never missed with laser all the way on. At least I never noticed inaccuracy.

So I am downloading with 30KB/s with my 20Mbit :( I leave it on for some time when I'm done so others don't experience the same pain...though by the time I am done...not sure if I can't start the 1.3.0 download by then. EDIT: HA! my peer connections were on default 50...now set to 300 I load with 1,5 - 2Mbit :D
  19. Well it was like Christmas but even on Christmas you have to return some gifts :) Lets hope we get a patch soon or find the responsible lua files.

  22. Can you post the files you copied just as a checklist? ...oh wait there was a thread about it what to copy from 1111 to DCS world, ...we can just search for that one. :)

  24. Did you created a way/mark point with these UTM coordinates? Just in case you didn't: on your UFC push func -> wp then on your cdu push the OSB next to the number with the question mark (that number before you push it will be the number of your way point you create) then make sure it says UTM in the lower right if not switch to UTM. type in the UTM coordinates you talk about and hit the button next to it. Now you should be able to cycle to that point on the TAD and hook it up and then slave your sensors to it. There are also youtube tutorials about that, search for DCS UTM JTAC etc. Hope that helps!? The coordinates do in fact sound funny, pretty sure I was never in that area :) EDIT: ok I peaked at your link...that should tell you what I said and better I belive
