DCS Series Combined Arms Contest Video

Hey there my first post :smilewink:

But as i read about the Contest i could not resist.

This great game need more players so we all have full servers and the ultimate simulation fun. :thumbup:

So this is my contest video i hope you like it and maybe it gets some new players into this awesome game.

Wow I thought I could just sneak my hard work in when there were only 2 submissions and get a free module, but then you guys had to go and make tonnes of great videos, haha oh well.

I hope you like my submission, especially the bonus clip at the end. I had fun making this, learned stuff too.

All videos were judged on a ten-system in two categories:

1. Directing, camera skills

3. General quality and attractiveness

 

The judges were some ED members.

Just my personal opinion, but I think Muffler should've won. This was a contest for a COMBINED ARMS video. Muffler's video was the only video that actually focused on the combined arms module. The other two were primarily focused on planes and helicopters, with a small dab of the CA module. Perhaps a closer reflection on how the CA module is treated by the Eagle Dynamics.

I only hope that one day, Eagle Dynamics will outsource the module to a company who can do something with it, and not just let it sit idle with game breaking bugs.
