MariuszDW Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 I have trouble finishing this mission. After unloading the cargo, there is a message about downed chopper. I get the order to evacuate pilots. Last radio message is: Mi-28 “109”: Roger, 109 defensive! Mi-24 “105”: This is 105, running in hot! That is all. I can fly around forever or land next to downed Mi-28, but nothing happens. I looked at the triggers. Next message should be "Mi-24 “105”: 105 off, good hits on target!. Mi-28 “109”: This is 109, confirm your hits. 103, you're cleared in". - but I don't get that. PB0_CEF Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 Ok ... I found a solution (surely not the best one but it works :music_whistling: ) to finish this mission. I edited the mission changing the trigger 4 (target area) from "Unit is damaged" to "unit is alive" in the condition column. It seems escort never attack the target ... I will try the solution from PB0_CEF. Since Im pretty stuck at that mission as well. In this vilage I focused on one roof . I saw two soldiers with manpad. I landed on his heads, killed both and mission starts continued. Yes, its a bug for me. I will try to finish it by shooting the manpads to oblivion with guvs, I don't understand if folks who finished it already did that (read about somebody landing on manpads heads, others modifying the mission, which is something I'd rather not do). To eliminate the threat, I employed the upk-23 (impressive firepower that gun, on the hip). Just wanted to make sure it is one way by which people can complete this mission.
