RagnarDa Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I was surprised how conventional it looked, the layout is very similar to older planes like F-15C or F-16C... DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.
Aginor Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Well, I guess that's because it works. Those big full-glass-touchscreen-thingies in the F-35 sure have their bugs, it is software after all. In the Typhoon you press a real button, which can't have software glitches like that. Also the Typhoon is quite a bit older than the F-35 so that's not really surprising of course. Other planes of that age look pretty similar, the F-22 or Gripen for example. DCSW weapons cheat sheet speed cheat sheet
Emu Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 I was thinking the same. If it works, why increase training costs for a new system layout? Windows 8 may look cool but most users hate it.
