At the present time I'm taking the Eagle out for a few spins...

but mainly the 25s

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

For flying sake the UH-1H gets my vote, but when I want to blow s#it up its the A10-C.

Can't wait for 21 to come out. It's going to be epic!

Fly, on your way, like an eagle,

Fly as high as the sun,

On your wings, like an eagle,

Fly and touch the sun.

I chose Ka-50 because I strongly support rotary winged aircraft with Professional Flight Model and Advanced Systems Modeling (ASM).

Generally I buy all DCS stuff, got all the modules and look forward to EDGE, new (worldwide coverage) maps(!), F/A-18, and the next high fidelity rotary wing there will be...

The Uh-1H is what brought me to DCS, its the one I fly the most even though I have most of the modules. I'm kind of a purest, fly the seat of your pants kind of guy, over letting technology do all the work for you. I'm really looking forward to the F-86F next month.

I love the Ka-50 too, but I voted A-10C as I prefer fixed wing.

It's the only fixed wing aircraft with PFM and ASM.

With the poll complete, F-15 since it's a AFM pure fighter. Once they sort out the AFM it should be even better. I do admit though that the lack of ASM is felt. The A-10C captures my interest because of ASM alone. It's helpful practically and in terms of fun/immersion.

The P-51 might take second place, but it's so ignored online that I can't use it to dogfight other players.

Awaiting: DCS F-15C

Its slow. Its ugly. And the new gimbal roll effect added it beyond annoying for night operations. The A10c. Its there for the troops on the ground. Plus its only one of two modules that work with helios.

Lately I've been spending a lot of time in the Mi-8. Most looked forward to in no particular order would be F/A 18C, F/A 18E, Mi-24, and Su-27 family AFM/Clickable.

That said, there's a special place in my heart for a Su-25T with a full load inbound underneath the wires at 10 m AGL and 950 km/h IAS.

Callsign "Auger". It could mean to predict the future or a tool for boring large holes.

I combine the two by predictably boring large holes in the ground with my plane.
