rrohde
I need to double check the colour RGB but all propellers on the Doras came in Dark Green :) After looking around I found some references that seem to agree -- dark green. Interesting. Learning a lot here. :) PC: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X | MSI Suprim GeForce 3090 TI | ASUS Prime X570-P | 128GB DDR4 3600 RAM | 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD | Win10 Pro 64bit Gear: HP Reverb G2 | JetPad FSE | VKB Gunfighter Pro Mk.III w/ MCG Ultimate VKBcontrollers.com

Krupi
Big issues I am afraid I have just found out that converting the PSD Template to GIMP xcf that I have been using has removed a whole load of detail from the template :( All the rivets etc... simply do not appear in GIMP, so it looks like I am back to the drawing board with Brown 4, I will try and salvage what I have done so far. ED Team NineLine Posted August 28, 2014 ED Team Share Posted August 28, 2014 (edited) Big issues I am afraid I have just found out that converting the PSD Template to GIMP xcf that I have been using has removed a whole load of detail from the template :( All the rivets etc... simply do not appear in GIMP, so it looks like I am back to the drawing board with Brown 4, I will try and salvage what I have done so far. Are you sure they were removed? Gimp might not see Photoshop layers exactly right, CHeck the layer group called Klepki and see if you can change the mode to something that will show them. Edit, changing the 3 layers in that group in GIMP to Normal made them show up, you could play with them from there. Krupi
Klepki shows, but only the larger rivets on the Flaps etc... I am going to purchase Photoshop, I am already finding it easier to use and luckily the only layer that has been destroyed so far is the aluminium layer (some other layers were slightly off as well) so I have gotten off lightly :) Windows 10 Pro | ASUS RANGER VIII | i5 6600K @ 4.6GHz| MSI RTX 2060 SUPER | 32GB RAM | Corsair H100i | Corsair Carbide 540 | HP Reverb G2 | MFG crosswind Pedals | Custom Spitfire Cockpit Project IX Cockpit

Thanks for the heads up Krupi, sorry to hear about Brown 4. I was planning on using GIMP since that's what I've been using to make a Dora nose art decal, guess using it now is out of the question. I believe Adobe is still offering PS CS2 as freeware. It is still excellent software has everything you need for texture work. Did not know that, thanks. Don't really have need of photoshop for the most part so even the month-to-month subscription option they have wasn't something I considered, so no problem for me using an old version that is free. Maler
A little more accuracy at the junction of textures and everything will be fine. And even if it does not straighten specifically.
