IonicRipper Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Is there a way to toggle the pilot body out of the cockpit? i5 4590 @ 3.77GHz | GTX 1060 6GB | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 | 1TB HDD+500GB HDD | Win10 Home X64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
AdolfoWilson Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 You can go on options, misc, and uncheck the "Show pilot body when available", then you have it done.
leapingrodent Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Go into options menu and uncheck "Show pilot body when available". Edit: Like he said ^^ :smilewink:
IonicRipper Posted November 12, 2014 Author Posted November 12, 2014 Thats the problem... I already had it checked off but I still see the pilot in the cockpit :\ i5 4590 @ 3.77GHz | GTX 1060 6GB | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 | 1TB HDD+500GB HDD | Win10 Home X64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
kontiuka Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Thats the problem... I already had it checked off but I still see the pilot in the cockpit :\I think it's kind of buggy. Sometimes I have the pilot. Sometimes I don't.
golani79 Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 I think it's kind of buggy. Sometimes I have the pilot. Sometimes I don't. I observed the same behavior - sometimes there is a pilot and sometimes there´s not. Gotta be a bug. >> DCS liveries by golani79 <<
IonicRipper Posted November 12, 2014 Author Posted November 12, 2014 Found a solution: I checked the box for a flight then checked it back off. No more pilot body  i5 4590 @ 3.77GHz | GTX 1060 6GB | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 | 1TB HDD+500GB HDD | Win10 Home X64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Comes Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 I have the same Problem. Sometimes it's there, sometimes not. They should add a key to deactivate it, just like in the Mustang and the Shark.
Jrock Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 I have the same issue, but other then that and having to set the elevator trim every time I go up. I really love the plane. :pilotfly:

Thumper1606688436 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Well, I have the problem that the pilot has no head when looking back inside the cockpit - as designed or another bug? Please Sir! Step away from the controls.
159th_Viper Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Well, I have the problem that the pilot has no head when looking back inside the cockpit - as designed or another bug? :megalol: Soooo......you want to look back and look yourself in the eyes? In the absence of a mirror that would be a pretty neat parlour trick. Sadly beyond the realms of physical possibility I would have thought, unless you are referring to actually sitting on the pilot's lap at the time and since 'two-person-shennanigans-in-single-cockpit' have not yet been modelled I'd say that all is working as it should, ergo no problem, as designed and no bug.
