I am not an expert but I believe it is mounted on the right hardpoint rack:

Are you talkin about the "Ball"? Well the "Ball" is GOES-321 (ГОЭС-321), Gyrostabilized opto-electronic system and I'm 70-80% sure that we won't see it in DCS :( Most likely we will need Mi-8MTV-2RN! Here it is!

The gun cam screen can be activated in the Mi-8 Special Options.
