dburne Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 No such thing as a dumb question. NTTR is not free, and would need to be purchased. Unless you were one of the early A-10C Beta testers that are getting it for their efforts, in which case you would probably already be aware of that. No reason to try the Alpha as it is currently as it only supports the new NTTR map - eventually at some point the Georgian map will be merged into it. Keep an eye out , perhaps they will run a sale before too long down the road - the map is beautiful indeed. In the meantime, while you can not run it today, you can still go ahead and download the 2.0 Alpha and install your modules into it. At least you will have many of the files when they do eventually merge. At least you will have many of the files when they do eventually merge. Chances are the merge will occur in OpenBeta, then in Release. I wouldn't go for downloading OpenAlpha if no NTTR owned.

If we were all rich......we wouldn't be here flying virtual aircraft. 1.5 is a lot of fun too. I still fly it all the time. More servers on the internet too.

ClearDark Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Back in the day, the A-10C was shipped with NTTR map, but it was half assed and got pulled off on the next update. If you got your copy in that period of time, you would get NTTR for free (I did). And holy shit, the wait was worth it.
