Considering that you have both the F-22 and the F-35 in Prepare3d - a DCS Rafale should be possible as well. PFM flight modeling should be available based on the A/C's dimensions, performance data and geometry, and systems/sensors can be emulated, rather than simulated, when information is not readily available or classified. Simply because Dassault will never agree to share informations to the public about the systems (even to their customers, to say the least). So it will be mostly a guess on a lot of things, if not without complete and of utter importance parts (SPECTRA for instance?), and even if educated guesses are made, we're talking full fidelity flight sim modules here.
