Because I'm a customer having bought one of your products. And as a customer, I can ask any time for what I paid for. And I did it in a polite way. Once it has been reported, it has been reported, you will achieve the square route of sod all by repeating things, all you will do is annoy those of us who take the time to read your drivel!

If not long.... be prepared to get sad a lo more. If you are that impatient you will be crying a river of tears. Luckily at the end you will mostly find a big ass smile. So don't worry to much about this "little" thing buddy. Go in close, and when you think you are too close, go in closer.
