Pat01 Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 (edited) Hi Gents, We are going to add the mistral missile version plus the multi crew version at the same time. Until you don't have access to the multi crew version (either in alpha, beta or public) it will be useless to report bugs because there will be too much difference between the version you have and the one we are working at. Thanks in advance for your understanding. Edited July 21, 2016 by Pat01

Enduro14 Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 so by chance will 2.0 get updated to the level 1.5 is currently? Be nice to the fly her all fixed up in 2.0 also. Thanks for the heads up! Intel 8700k @5ghz, 32gb ram, 1080ti, Rift S
Hook47 Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 This is awesome news! Been looking forward to the Mistral gazelle but the Multicrew is quite a surprise! The newest 3rd party Dev is also the first to foray into Multicrew after ED... Very impressive, Polychop!
FSKRipper Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 so by chance will 2.0 get updated to the level 1.5 is currently? Be nice to the fly her all fixed up in 2.0 also. Thanks for the heads up! Great work guys. The right question but for the wrong guys. ED determines which update will hit which version and when. i9 9900K @ 5,0GHz | 1080GTX | 32GB RAM | 256GB, 512GB & 1TB Samsung SSDs | TIR5 w/ Track Clip | Virpil T-50 Stick with extension + Warthog Throttle | MFG Crosswind pedals | Gametrix 908 Jetseat [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Enduro14 Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 True to a certain extent 3rd parties are made aware of what version the patch comes to before hand. Intel 8700k @5ghz, 32gb ram, 1080ti, Rift S
Schmidtfire Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 I hope that 2.0 and Nevada is put on hold until the merge. Focusing on two fronts has never been a good thing :p Anyways, great news! Looking forward to the next update:thumbup: 1
BeastyBaiter Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Will we be able to use both seats still or will the player be locked to the pilot's seat like the L-39 when flying solo? 1 System specs: i5-10600k (4.9 GHz), RX 6950XT, 32GB DDR4 3200, NVMe SSD, Reverb G2, WinWing Super Libra/Taurus, CH Pro Pedals.
Aginor Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Exciting news, Pat! As for BeastyBaiter's question: I wonder about that, too. DCSW weapons cheat sheet speed cheat sheet
FSKRipper Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 (edited) True to a certain extent 3rd parties are made aware of what version the patch comes to before hand. Not really, even 1 day before the patch the Razbam guys don't know which features will make it to the patch. Even if send early it's not more than an educated guess which single features will come through excesssive testing. As there were always speculations about an 2.0 update during the last four weeks, I would assume that only the testers are aware of possible Client updates. Pat01 Posted July 21, 2016 Author Posted July 21, 2016 (edited) - If you start a multiplayer mission with 2 guys on board, each player will appear at its own place, meaning pilot appears at pilot position and copilot at copilot position and swapping position won't be possible - If you start a multiplayer mission as pilot without copilot, you'll be able to swap to the copilot position - You won't be able to fly the module as copilot without pilot - In the case you are two aboard, The pilot will have some commands and the copilot different commands, meaning both cannot rotate the same button for example - When flying as pilot alone, every command will be available EDIT : I created a new thread there for multi crew questions http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=170767 Will we be able to use both seats still or will the player be locked to the pilot's seat like the L-39 when flying solo? microvax Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 I would be bug repporting the living cr*p out of this, if there wasnt this thread. I flew an hour below 10m radar alt, in the 342m, came to a down to 3kph perfect hover not even 5m above the ground, did descent at around 65m/minute and the pilot blacked out on touchdown, and helicopter bursted into flames. Afaik the Gazelle can take up to 100m/min without damage on landing. Seriously I mean, that the 4 HOTs didnt do any damage to bunkers beeing stacked due to respawning is probably not your fault. Its proabbly EDs engine, not your module on that part. But flying one hour at/below treetop level, the weapons not doing any damage and then your aircraft desintegrating for no reason at all. Well I am safe to say I am triggered beyond normal and I really hope the ground interaction issues are fixed in the next intteration of the Gazelle. I like the module, really I think its great, but the ground interaction is reaalyy just embarassing. Pilots usually do not black out because your helicopter touches the ground at 1m/s. I mean you probably reach 1m/s if you jump high enough ... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] *unexpected flight behaviour* Oh shiii*** ! What ? Why ? What is happening ?
Nichts Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 But … this ground handling issues are reported and mentioned in various threads and according to the latest videos it is fixed internally already. And it’s not a secret that this module is still in development. please note: english isn’t my first language, I‘m still learning. Please feel free to contact me when you think something I wrote is not clear, simply wrong or just should be corrected – thx

Was pretty salty yesterday, all the invested time and the outcome was practically Nill. :joystick: I know both sides of the stick of development. :D So dont worry to much about my saltyness the rest of the time i had a great time with the module so far. :)) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] *unexpected flight behaviour* Oh shiii*** !
