Schwarzfeld Posted August 21, 2016 Posted August 21, 2016 Certainly not the likely winner, but... having logged time in real actual taildraggers, I have been in love with the Bf-109 since long before release version. My video will undoubtedly not win... but... I thank the devs for the module, it is outstanding. [ame] [/ame]
ED Team NineLine Posted August 21, 2016 ED Team Posted August 21, 2016 Thanks for doing this. Regarding the modules, are we able to get the Spitfire or Normandy map if we win? Most likely only be modules currently available I would think. Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Stealth_Eagle Posted August 21, 2016 Posted August 21, 2016 Quick question regarding the rules of the video competition: are we allowed to use footage of 109's from other games or does it strictly have to be the 109 K-4? Cheers, Eagle

Cheers, Eagle Pretty sure it would only be DCS Me 109K-4.... Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Hedu Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 (edited) I did a second better entry. A second entry, a little but more professional and with a sense of humor. Edited August 24, 2016 by =Hedu=
Skjold Posted August 25, 2016 Posted August 25, 2016 (edited) My entry "On the Prowl". Edited August 25, 2016 by Skjold Fixed some rendering errors etc with a new rev.
Hedu Posted August 25, 2016 Posted August 25, 2016 Pardon me if I am wrong, but part of that video is from IL-2. The cockpit is the IL-2 cockpit, and the DCS 109K doesnt carry bombs, and I dont believe there is a bomb mod out, either.

Schwarzfeld Posted August 25, 2016 Posted August 25, 2016 If you look down at your center lower console when in the DCS 109K-4 cockpit, you will find a bomb mode selector switch, the aircraft can indeed carry two sizes of bombs in default loadouts as seen here:
Hedu Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 I am trying to figure out why in my load out options, there is no bombs.
Skjold Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 I am trying to figure out why in my load out options, there is no bombs. Change tasking from "CAP" to "CAS" in the Mission Editor should make them appear. You could also make your own custom loadout in the Mission Editor.
Hedu Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 Ah, see, its not available in the mission builder, its an option when on the ramp. Sorry, my mistake.

Skjold Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 I think its finished now. It wont show my video via link on this side. Any idea? If you are using YouTube use the video code in the URL that is after the =, so for example in my URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C90At92vEv0 this should be pasted inside the YouTube tags C90At92vEv0
PicksKing Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 (edited) Thanks for help, Skjold. This was my very first try to cut a video and compose music beside the eletric guitar. Edit: A few things in my video bothered me, so I changed them. But now its really final. Here is the update: The old version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3y-N2laUIrY Edited August 28, 2016 by PicksKing [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Gainward RTX 2080 OC | i7 8700K OC | 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3600 MHz | MSI Z370-A PRO | Samsung 970 EVO 500GB

PicksKing Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 Okidoki....that´s my video .:smilewink: As Skjold said, only paste the video ID into the youtube tag selector. So only the characters after the = and not the entire link. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Gainward RTX 2080 OC | i7 8700K OC | 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3600 MHz | MSI Z370-A PRO | Samsung 970 EVO 500GB
