berk.kp Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 @NeilWillis thank you for that answer. However, my last question is that also FC3 aircrafts have the issues, so not only third parties. However now that I found out how to fix it myself, I'll do so.
GeorgeLKMT Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 However, my last question is that also FC3 aircrafts have the issues, so not only third parties. However now that I found out how to fix it myself, I'll do so. It has nothing to do with FC3, ED or any other developer. Problem is with some user-created liveries, therefore the authors are the ones who need to fix their own stuff. And if they're not willing to fix it or you don't want to wait, you can do that by yourself. That's it. ■ L-39C/ZA Czech cockpit mod ■ My DCS skins ■
berk.kp Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 @SkateZilla I finally fixed/corrected everything and the issues are gone. Thank you a lot for your help :)

Scooternutz Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 Well Fixed the F-18 but now the Su-27 and other planes having this issue. Jesus this is insane Yes, totally insane. Stock skins have the squares as well. Remember, it is your responsibility to fix the problem. [sIGPIC]https://drive.google.com/file/d/16rUBmmJR7A3YGZVGPGskxG1XtvulGojJ/view?usp=sharing[/sIGPIC]
JDarksword Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 It's already been explained by SkateZilla that if any livery calls for empty.tga for the "EMPTY" texture, then every other livery will reference empty.tga because in DCS' "eyes" that file is the "EMPTY" texture. It's a feature that prevents loading textures that are shared between multiple liveries over and over again, but it also means that if you have something like this empty.tga problem then it will cause an issue for all of the liveries for that aircraft. It is his, because hes using a F-18C Mod to which the liveries used are not the default ones but separate self contained ones in the mods own folder. which used the empty.tga. Azref Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 I'm having this issue but only on the Ferris F-15C skin. I have no mods or external skins installed and the skin displays correctly in 2.0. Any ideas whats causing the problem as I have tried everything mentioned in this thread with little joy.
