Hopefully someone here knows whats going on.

My computer was built to recommended specs for the Rift.

My card is a gtx 970. I can load a single player mission while using VR no problem. It does take a bit to load...longer than with just my monitor. but when i click on multiplayer i see the list of available servers but when i click on one the only thing that happenes is the music stops playing. If i try to start my own server same thing. the only thing i can do is hit the X in the upper right corner. I hate that i can't use it in multiplayer. I can't figure out why when i can load and fly a single player. I've only had the rift a few days but this has been the only problem i ran into except for the additional usb card i placed in it. But that caused conflicts and i couldn't even fly single player while using the new usb. Anyway anyone else ever had or have this this problem? Thanks.

Hey, I use the Rift too, and it works fine for me in Multiplayer. Have you tried out different servers? maybe there is some setting that prevents it from working properly. No idea otherwise, sorry:(

I've experienced something similar in multiplayer and it seems to be the app loosing focus - did a message appear? Try clicking on the Window with the mouse or press <Alt><Tab> to give it focus.

Have you tried the <Left Alt> + <Enter> trick?

This makes you go full screen and is important. Check your monitor to see that really goes full screen.

Try ALT+Enter to Full Screen the App Window so it doesnt lose focus, or move the task bar to the side of the screen.

Here another issue both my friend and I have both had (I use Vive he uses rift) in multiplayer vr DCS. You have to drag the task bar from the bottom of the desktop screen to the side of the screen, because accessing the FLY button in MP sometimes me Means clicking on a portion of the desktop vr display windows that extends into the task bar. We both moved our task bar and it solved both our problems.
