How Can I DISABLE a Purchased Mod ?

Recommended Posts

Every time I go in DCS to look at my Licensed/Purchased Mods, it keeps asking me if I want to Install BlackShark 1 or BS 2 Upgrade.

Although I did purchase, install and use the Upgraded BS, I ultimately purchased BS 2 (full) with hopes of eliminating possible future issues with BS 1 and 2 upgrade.

How can I Disable or DIS-OWN these Mods that I no longer require ?

Thanks in Advance.

PS> I did take a look in the Profile and clicked on a few things but I didn't see any way to disable or un-authorize the BS 2 Upgrade Mod.

I had the same, issue, created a support ticket and got it removed from the list of my modules within 40 minutes.

It is still listed in the list of modules on the DCS shop, but doesn't show up anymore in the game.

The easiest way is to go to the Module Manager, select the Installed tab and clear the checkbox.

Lol I'm pretty sure I had tried that but I must have missed it. If it works, good tip :megalol:

you can also use the licence checker here

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/licensing/

put your key in and check,

unbind it from your account,

dcs should stop asking you to install

make sure you have also deactivated and removed the module from your pc
