I agree that CW & CCW assignments would be best, like there already is for the TILS rotary; however the FunkyFranky's Mod (https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=181720) do allow the assignment of individual rotary positions.

Using these individual assignments it may be possible (depending on your specific Hotas) to use them to control these rotaries.

Thus, rather than using DCS's controller configurator, I can use the Hotas programming software to produce a multistep-toggle ... it generates one key on the first press, a second key on the second press and so on, until at the end it reverts to the first toggle key ... on the Hotas programming utility it looks like this:

I'm sure that the TARGET Utility of the TM Warthog can do this too ... dont know about Saitek, since I have never had one of those.

For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra

For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar

Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

It is possible to do this in TARGET using arrays. Personally, I would like both CW/CCW controls as well as discrete settings. The discrete settings allow for a lot of flexibility for programmable controllers and cockpit builders.

Not to seem picky or anything, but there are quite a few keys still that cannot be assigned to a button. In fact there are about 90 from a quick count.

I can live without quite a few of those, but why we are not be able to assign more useful stuff such as the selecter switch covered above, and more importantly Things that go bang, such as jettison buttons and most importantly, EJECTION SEAT, is a bit of a mystery.

The DCS: AJS 37 Viggen is still in development. There are several issuses that need attention from the developers. How they go about prioritizing fixing these issues is their business. It's not a mystery ;)
