chaos
How did the May event go? I'm thinking of visiting the July show (if I can get the weekend off) and would like to go see the VEAO stand if at all possible. "It's not the years, honey. It's the mileage..." Scooternutz
Ah, Duxford. Back in 1985, my father was stationed at RAF Mildenhall, we went to Duxford and we got to fly in this very old fabric covered airplane. It was only a short flight but I remember it very well. I just cant remember the aircraft type. Great place to visit. Edit: Found It!!!! The De Havilland Dragon Rapide! They still give flights in it. I can't believe it. I went to the site: http://www.iwm.org.uk/exhibitions/iwm-duxford/flight-experiences Edited June 11, 2017 by Scooternutz [sIGPIC]https://drive.google.com/file/d/16rUBmmJR7A3YGZVGPGskxG1XtvulGojJ/view?usp=sharing[/sIGPIC]
Ells228
I won't be at Legends as will be in Spain that weekend. I'll probably be up at Dux on the Friday before it though. Pete and the team will be there for the weekend though, including our coding team from France and Germany. May show was really good thanks and I heard the rain brought the crowd in for some more sim flying. No idea if ED will be there this year with the full sit-in cockpits or not.
