I don't know of any, but you can always go into the editor, and click the aircraft icon on the left.

 

Then click anywhere on the map, and change the aircraft type to A-10C, and skill level to Player

 

Then select the vehicle icon on the left side, and put down some trucks in an open space a bit in front of where you placed your aircraft

Has couple of aircraft available and a training range with static dead vehicles to shoot at

A-10C has a series of simple missions under "QuickStart", e.g. "Easy - East Georgia - Spring.miz". Just open each, save the file with a modified name under your "Saved Games" folder structure and remove the enemy air defenses. Takes only 5 minutes each. This will give you a very nice collection of missions for exercising all weapon systems.

I also recommend the instant action missions for newbies. You can set the game options to invulnerable so that the SAMs and gunfire won't hurt you while you are getting the hang of employing the different weapons on different types of targets.

+1 to invulnerable, also consider setting ammo to “unlimited.”

Simple question needs a simple answer, so.....

Open DCS 2.1.7 / Instand Action / Nevada A-10C Weapon Practice.

9 Targets who won't shoot back to practice at.....

On most of my installed planes in 2.1, there are no "instant actions"? Some only show the (empty) dirs and thats it...
