There are no tail numbers on the Canadian hornets.

Best thing to do is download the RCAF skin packs from the User Files anyways. The default RCAF skins are missing the spotlight on the left side of the nose. Same for the Swiss skins.

I fixed the spotlight issue, but the tail number needs to be changeable so each pilot has his own jet. Also, added Canadian patches etc.

I'm not sure if I can script it because of the location

Roger that. I thought if it was a simple fix perhaps it could be done sometime in the future.

FYI, as far as I know from my still serving mates, we have upgraded to what is essentially a C version....cheers

Thanks.

You'll have to do as i made for my RCAF liveries, add it to the livery, but if you really insist on having your own number generated, you'll have to live with where it shows, since it's where it has been defined, i think, on the 3D Model and this is where all liveries Digits appears, if each country would have their own digits location, we would end up with 20 different .edm files, i think. Unless the location of the area is in a .lua which we can change location with simply x,y and z coordintaes, which i doupt.

Can't change the location but I've heard they are working on it.

They will have to add the location and x amount of digits.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Sorry to necropost as this post was probably made before AUS skins came packed with the Hornet, but seeing as how there are Aussie bort numbers and their legacy Hornets were the same block as RCAF ones. I am hoping that borts for RCAF liveries do get added.
