I'm attaching my export.lua file to avoid any export error between DCS-raygun and DCSflightpanels.

 

This export file works with these 2 DCS export software.

 

Installation:

 

Stable version: Just replace the file "Export.lua" in C: Savegame / DCS / Scripts

Openbeta version: Just replace the file "Export.lua" in C: Savegame / DCS.openbeta / Scripts

hello, I'm wondering if you guys can help me. My Buddy-Fox has gone dead. It does not turn on when I connect it to USB nor does windows make the sound when a USB device connects. The problem started as before when I booted my computer he UFC woul'd not turn on.Simply disconnecting and reconnecting to the USB port seemed to fix the issue. Now however it doesn't matter if I disconnect and reconnect. It just won't turn on.

 

I have tried to contact Buddy-fox for support on their webpage but have got no response. Anyone here has had this issue? Anyone knows how to fix it?

That really stinks! Also concerning Buddy-Fox support is not responding. Have you tried plugging it into a powered USB hub or different computer? Do you get any lights on the UFC at all? Is the brightness knob turned all the way up?

I have tried all of that but its dead. No lights at all.

Have you inspected the usb plug to see if there is something blocking the connection, or a bend/broken bit?

 

Unfortunately, I also contacted Buddy-Fox last autumn asking about my MIA controller. It turns out there was a Finnish mail strike. However I had to figure that out on my own since Buddy-Fox never replied to my inquiries. The controller is fantastic, the customer service not so much. There was mention earlier of the owner traveling often, but still...

 

Anyway, your description sounds like it could be a usb connection issue. The unit is pretty easy to open up. Maybe it's possible to replace the cable without too much fuss if that proves necessary.

i have a strange problem.

i fly today the Tomcat and noticed that the master caution button has stopped working.

 

if i start Raygun booth hands are green even if DCS is not runing.

also a clean install and testing with A-10C does not work.

in the log file i get this:

I use UFC and Win10 2004... but never configured the light because of VR :D sorry.

But I could try it just for the shake of it.

Tested Raygun with A-10C

It works when Raygun is running.

It works when DCS is running.

it´s an standalone USB device. Binding is easy in DCS - Settings - Controls.

Ok got my error. after a rebuild of my pit i have pluged the UFC in an Powered Hub. That dosent work. only if i plug it direct in the PC ?!
