Just tested after the patch today and now it behaves correctly....

 

Decoy added it to the resolved bugs section!

Now, we can close this thread and move on to the CCIP inverted cue and CCIP/AUTO conversion in due time... ;)

So, in the real plane it should be wind corrected either by the ARBS if in a dive past a certain number of degrees, or by the INS wind drift calculation. Similarly moving targets should also be "led" again if in a Dive by the ARBS since it treats ground movement as a type of crosswind.

 

I'm actually not sure if this modeled right now in game. I have engaged movers with IR mavs, and then with cluster muntitions, both of which worked fine, but I haven't tried it with a Mk82. Or with wind yet.

Need to check that. Today started a mission In Air with fairly heavy sidewind, got the TVVI to show the drift because wind and then few seconds later it was corrected that I didn't see it anymore at all and I forgot it all about. Seemed to work that all bombs dropped correctly.
