How to use A2A TACAN?

Would you guys please try to use your TACAN in air to air mode? I can't pick up air stations anymore, I'm wondering if it's a bug...

It worked fine for me last night. Even the Y channel works now.

Maybe it's not set up correctly in ME?!

Make sure the column "unit" under "advanced waypoint actions" isn't empty.

You have to assign the pilot of the aircraft to make the TACAN work.

I had the same issue with a KC-130 and the Stennis. I would only get bearing and station name on HSI without any range or HUD info. I later realized I did not fill in the "unit" box as per Jumpink's post. Once I did this the stations worked as normal and I was able to receive all data from ground, A/A as well as X and Y stations.

 

Perhaps Hoggits mission creators missed a couple boxes yeah?

Works fine, however Y does not provide range information like the X band does.
