Im sure you are all aware that a patch is NOT coming today. Seeing as the F18 can hot start and not run into the INS bug, it looks like that is the option we will be taking for this weekend. I will modify all missions to be hot start for Hornets and we will go from there. Therefore, all matches are on for this weekend at their scheduled times. See you all Saturday.

 

the hot start should have been "on" right from the begin of this event, and with a pre selected loadout what is allowed. If someone needs a change to the loadout he can change it. It saves time to get the people ready for taxi….

But Viper SQ is in league C and InSky belongs to league A.

It seems another inscrutable about Gold league match.

Matches played and will be played by inSky are counted up to 5.

Gold league A has 7 teams, so that matches to play should be 6 for every team.

inSky and pan have only 5 matches. That means those two teams should fight each other.

To allow people to schedule. The end of the year SATAL tournament will be taking place the first 2 weekends of December. 6 teams from Diamond will be advancing and 4 teams per group in Gold. The tournament will be based on placement in the league meaning first place will play last place etc. However, if you place last or close to last overall in your league you pose the possibility of having to play a play in match meaning that low seeds have the possibility of playing an extra match. The tournament will be single elimination.

How many teams from the group will be qualified to the playoff?

It was said earlier in the season, not sure where it was announced...

 

Gold:

 

1st & 2nd from each group

AND

The 2 3rd with highest points.

 

That's 8 teams going into quarter finals style playoff.

 

Diamond:

 

1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th qualify to Semi finals. Then finals and bronze match

For quarter finals as stated above 8 teams is good enough and logic. For eighths finals we need 16 teams but we will have 12. Why? Also diamond instead Semi finals and 4 best we go in something with 6... :doh:

There will be a play in match for Diamond league and the and 2 play in matches for Gold. It allow more teams to compete while giving higher seeded teams a benefit for scoring well.
