(untill i change my mind) Don't disconnect the throttle from the PC, and don't switch off the PSU (or remove plug from mains socket). i9-9900K @5GHz, Z390 Aorus Pro, 32GB DDR4-3200MHz, EVGA RTX 2080Ti FTW3 Ultra, Seasonic Focus+ Platinum 850W PSU, TM Warthog HOTAS, CH Pro pedals, 2x MFD's, MT deskmounts, Asus 32" 1440p display, EDTracker Pro Wireless, HP Reverb

viper2097 Posted May 20, 2019 Posted May 20, 2019 I have the same issue, I wrote TM and hope to get a response from them. Seems kinda akward to buy a 400€ HOTAS system and then a simple function is not working... Steam user - Youtube I am for quality over quantity in DCS modules

viper2097 Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 I just received the offical answer from Thrustmaster. They are supposed to turn on again everytime the HOTAS was powerless. Its a feature, not a bug. LOL Very disappointign for such a high end system. Steam user - Youtube I am for quality over quantity in DCS modules
kli0rf Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 I just received the offical answer from Thrustmaster. They are supposed to turn on again everytime the HOTAS was powerless. Its a feature, not a bug. LOL Very disappointign for such a high end system. It really is... I'd agree it's a feature, if it's able to remember it's last intensity state. Then yes it is a feature. Now it just looks like a bug which they ain't willing to admit, so they call it a feature. Yet i'm pretty sure it's not that complicated to fix it. The way i see it, it (intensity state) could be either saved to internal memory chip, where the firmware resides (it's just a matter of a bit or two), or some very lightweight daemon / service could be started just right after the OS boots.
CBStu Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Those dang green lights are a bother for sure. I used to use target to turn them off. Then something happened and target doesn't work any more. I gave up. After a couple months I don't notice them any more.

It's possible to do as automatic function: https://ts.thrustmaster.com/download/accessories/pc/hotas/software/TARGET/TARGET_Script_Editor_Basics_v1.5_ENG.pdf.
