I have always used my standard email address which I have checked but despite subscribing to many threads I have never received an email from DCS forums. I’d be happy to accept that it’s something silly I have or haven’t done but I’m not sure what. I had the same problem, but solved it with this tip: "Those with mailboxes registered in the Hotmail / Outlook service (@hotmail, @msn, @live, @outlook addresses). To receive letters from our DCS website, add the eagle.ru domain to the list of reliable senders. To do this, in the Hotmail / Outlook service, go to Settings -> Mail -> Junk Mail -> Trusted Senders and add the eagle.ru domain to the form."
