Air France A380 jumbo jet clips Delta aircraft

Air France A380 jumbo jet clips Delta aircraft (includes a short video further down the page).

Quite fascinating how the smaller aircraft gets twisted around with little visible damage to both planes. Then again, I surely wouldn't fly in either jet until they're declared ready to fly after a major inspection . :-)

If someone remembers, I was talking about how we could hear airplanes in '99.. that sound, in the video, before the bomb whistle, that's about it.

Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.

Does F-16 uses the same hydraulics for bay doors opening and for main gears moving?

If by "bay door" you mean Main Landing Gear (MLG) door yes, it uses the same.

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

Brits to integrate HMCS in the Tornado after the same has been done to the harrier just months before it was scraped...

Does this make sense??

In a way; a lot of this contracts are paid for years in advance. The same thing happen the F-117. We installed all this upgrades and retire them.

i also see the gear doors are open, pretty strange.

Without seeing what happen is hard to tell. MLG could have collapse or simply broke off after hard landing.

a multiple ejector rack on a B-1B Lancer March 31, 2011, at a weapons load barn at Dyess
