Pixelhead Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Hey guys) I have a question, only i have problems on take off and landing with nws? If i push the NWS my plane ALWAYS go to the right? I think it is problem with my pedals, but they works done. And developers plz fix the over sensivity on NWS):pilotfly: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Frederf Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 NWS should be off no later than 50 knots except in cases of extreme necessity (and can be off as little as 0-20 knots). During landing NWS should never be on until slowed to taxi speed.

ebabil Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 it is not about pedals. If you loaded TGP, plane tends to roll its right. If there is wind, plane tends to roll to the wind direction. This applies for also ground operations. I think it is overdone because even at very low-speed taxi, plane goes to the right or left, So constant corrections needed FC3 | UH-1 | Mi-8 | A-10C II | F/A-18 | Ka-50 III | F-14 | F-16 | AH-64 | Mi-24 | F-5 | F-15E| F-4| Tornado Persian Gulf | Nevada | Syria | NS-430 | Supercarrier // Wishlist: CH-53 | UH-60 Youtube MS FFB2 - TM Warthog - CH Pro Pedals - Trackir 5
ramjet77 Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Agree, TGP drag causes the aircraft to pull right on takeoff and the NWS sensitivity is very high usually resulting in over correction. With it off the rudder lacks any authority until higher airspeed so you continue to drift right. It’s all a fine balancing act, try using a rudder curve to limit the sensitivity for now.
Svend_Dellepude Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Full left rudder and a little left toe when starting to roll usually does it for me until i can relax rudder input. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.

Yes, shure tgp have drag, but i dosent feelling this drag. I have problem with nws, when i dont have TGP. I mean if i have TGP i have this problem too, but its not influence on my problem. Sorry about English i just start to learning =) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

mkiii Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 No more wingtip scrapes then. It was getting to be fun taking corners on 2 wheels at anything more than 5mph ;)
JIMJAM Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 My 16 was always slowly and ever so slightly banking to the left. Oh great... I suspected those helis ruined another expensive TM WH stick so I took it apart, cleaned it. Still.... So I messed with the settings a true sign of desperation. The cause??? Al it took was to have anything on the wing tip even the smallest missile to create the bank. Another thing to do if one has ANY issues is try ANOTHER SAVED OR NEW SITUATION. Wind, air effects, elevation, the runway, the load out etc.. By using that saved situation with the same variables the issue is hard to find. Ground contact is notorious for being simulate for both flight sims and racing sims.
