correct as is Altitude cap

I tried setting my altitude of my PLAYER plane to 6000ft AGL, but cant set it any higher than about 3987ft!

Can set fly over point altitude to any value MSL, but max AGL defaults to 3937 ft.

As you note, AGL in the Mission Editor is bugged, always use MSL.
