GBU-38 not hitting

The GBUs are the bombs that I am familiar with like the back side of my hand. I am pretty sure they arent hitting their target. I used the TGP to designate the coordinates at 40,000 feet. Let 8 bombs go and not one of them hit their target.

Yesterday i did a multiple launch, two 38 on different targets at same time on TOO mode, 25.000 feet, all was ok

Yesterday i also drop some jdams and all hit targets. In TOO mode.

I also drop an incredible amount of JDAMs and in the past have posted about a potential issue, but yesterday i had zero problems. Even on the server I had previously experienced most of my issues.

 

 

Ill keep an eye out for anything funny, though.

The JDAMs are working as precise as usual - at least in TOO.

 

But the announced features

(add: IZLAR/ Auto Mode for PP and TOO Mode / dynamic TOF /TOT -PP Cue - In-Zone / TOT cue on HUD/ heading is defined for IZLAR)

for the current OB are not working, or I'm doin' something wrong. Hard to say without any documentation/tutorial video.

ok I will try it again. I know you guys want to know all the obvious stuff like fuse, in the zone? Iv'e dropped hundred upon hundreds of these things. I know what I'm doing. I will check to make sure that when I press the sensor depress that the co-ordinates does transfer the the JDAM properly. I have had it before that the co-ordinates did not transfer correctly and I think it was a failure of my deltasim mod on the warthog. I will try it again since it seems to be working for most of you

Yesterday flying in SP on stable I tried GBU 38s for the first time. Had to keep going back to WAGS video to check I was doing it correctly. I need a bunch more practice but of the 20 I tried, 14 went who knows where ( I am learning how to follow them w/ F6 too) 6 dropped and looked OK till the last few seconds and none hit where I expected. They were all maybe 1-2-300 yards long. I thought maybe it was me, maybe not?

Make sure you fuse is set. They're working fine.

I have exactly the same issue. PP mode works as usual, TOO with litening offsets bomb by some particular value. It seems they can’t quite cope with the wind for me as they drift precisely downwind from the target. Doesn’t explain why PP is perfect though. They used to be my favourite AG weapon and now they’re quite broken for me.
