I like this wish, but it'll also require extra unit and object skins (otherwise you might just as well place objects from any neutral country)

Adding UN units would greatly increase potential mission scenarios

System specs:

i7-8700K @stock speed - GTX 1080TI @ stock speed - AsRock Extreme4 Z370 - 32GB DDR4 @3GHz- 500GB SSD - 2TB nvme - 650W PSU

HP Reverb G1 v2 - Saitek Pro pedals - TM Warthog HOTAS - TM F/A-18 Grip - TM Cougar HOTAS (NN-Dan mod) & (throttle standalone mod) - VIRPIL VPC Rotor TCS Plus with ALPHA-L grip - Pointctrl & aux banks <-- must have for VR users!! - Andre's SimShaker Jetpad - Fully adjustable DIY playseat - VA+VAICOM - Realsimulator FSSB-R3

This would work only if the UN AI units were as dysfunctional and indecisive as the real ones.

System HW: i9-9900K @5ghz, MSI 11GB RTX-2080-Ti Trio, G-Skill 32GB RAM, Reverb HMD, Steam VR, TM Warthog Hotas Stick & Throttle, TM F/A-18 Stick grip add-on, TM TFRP pedals. SW: 2.5.6 OB

The Units are actual military forces of different countries.

The dysfuntional decision making is becoause of the anacronical VETO right of the super powers, that block ANY and all actual action on security topics...

And The UN is not supposed to be a superpower bully like the US or Russia are use to dealing with other peoples countries....

Creating a U.N faction would be like creating a NATO faction, it's respective countries that can decide the quota of soldiers they want to send in the blue helmets but they still remain the country's soldiers only under U.N command.

I also must agree with the post above :D
