Hi Admiral, I am very enjoy the mods you shared. but I found there seems to be a size problem with the DDGX-62. please see the screenshot

this is the comparison of two ships in game

so I think the DDGX-62 would be smaller than the Arleigh Burke-class, She is a bit too big now.

hope you can see my reply. and thank you again for your efforts.

"Yeah, and though I work in the valley of Death, I will fear no Evil. For where there is one, there is always three. I preparest my aircraft to receive the Iron that will be delivered in the presence of my enemies. Thy ALCM and JDAM they comfort me. Power was given unto the aircrew to make peace upon the world by way of the sword. And when the call went out, Behold the "Sword of Stealth". And his name was Death. And Hell followed him. For the day of wrath has come and no mercy shall be given."

Hello Nvve. thanks, I've already updated the constellation to the correct dimensions. Thanks for catching it. I'm only human. I will release an updated version when I can thanks.

Thanks, Citizen and Toan. Really nice photos it shows you all are enjoying the mods. Sometimes I sit and wonder how often you all sit and play with the mods. Post some of your pics here so the community can see it.

Hey, Spino. the Arleigh Burke Flight Class is almost done. It has taken a while because I want to try and bring out as many features as possible in DCS.

I am finishing up the liveries on the HMS Richmond. I think I've done all I can do for her so I will release her soon.

Thanks, Hawkeye. The link for donations is at the bottom of my Admiral189dcsworldmods

I have a back procedure tomorrow so I will be down for a few days. It will take some time to recover from this one but I'm praying this is the last one.

Keep the Snapshots coming. It keeps me motivated. Thank you all for your interest.

I suspect that most of my missions have one of your ships somewhere.  A lot of people prefer single player DCS and I think it's less common for screenshots to escape that player segment.  We should normalize showing off our SP missions!

I previously spent all of my DCS time in fixed wing go-fast jets, which doesn't leave a big window to appreciate ship assets aside from RWR pings.  Now that I'm becoming more appreciative of the heretical rotary wing aircraft, I have more of an opportunity to see them up close.

I haven't been able to pin down a reason why, but it's not uncommon to see big FPS drops when landing on decks with helicopters - and I would assume VTOL fixed wing as well but I haven't messed with that much.

Hi Marroux, nice shot ! 😉 I must say that because the ships wake is what can be seen first from very far, I always use your lods.ship_wake updates to have a better effect in DCS, from my point of view. See my previous screenshots. Thanks Marroux ! 👏

Landing on this babushka is a joy!
Pleasing Soviet lines and no FPS drop when I get close, and a small-ish pad with ominous SAM missile to be mindful of.

Hey Guys these are all wonderful photos of the Fleet of ships.

To answer your question, Citizen. DCS doesn't like when we create a single object ship collision models for the ships so I've gone back to the old way of doing business and that's separating the flight deck from the rest of the collision mod. That has proven to solve the FPS drop issue. All ships will be tested for FPS drop prior to release using multiple aircraft types.

Acid that is a VSN mod. All versions still work in DCS. F-35A, B & C. They appear to respond to air threats quicker than some of the other AI Aircraft.

bbtbmb you can always revert back to an older version of DCS. The mods still should appear in the game no matter which DCS versions you are using.

******My back procedure went well yesterday but I'm down hard at the moment. Back pain like you wouldn't believe. Recovering slowly.********

It's so good to hear that your operation went well.  You're in our thoughts - pain management is no joke.

The Fitzgerald looks great.  I was fortunate enough to see the Paul Hamilton this year at Fleet Week, which I believe is a similar Flight 1 vessel.

Glad it went well. Take your time recovering. All these mods will still be here. Hope you get some relief soon.
