Info Bar active while insde the cockpit?

Is possible to keep the info bar ON while inside the cockpit view?

Yes. There's a keybinding to change from not shown to 2 different speed types back to not shown.

If info bar is the one across the bottom I keep it there by adjusting the screen resolution. Windows has it at 1920x1080 and I have it set to 1920x1020 in DCS and the 'play in a window' or similar checked.

No, you talk about Windows task bar, we talk about DCS info bar (aircraft, pilot name, telemetry info, engine/flaps state, time)
