fixed No Mirrors Below 20 Feet above sea level

This is by no means urgent, but it is ... reproducible on the spitfire and the Hornet, with mirrors switched on; fly below 20 feet above sea level and the mirrors go "black"/off; 20ft AGL you are fine... (though i havent tested that on very low lying ground)
