The problem is that if we wanted to buy modules other than those with early access in DCS, we would be doomed to MiG-15, F-86, F-5E, MiG-21 and FC3 modules ... :D All the rest, more or less it is still in the process of "finishing" and "correcting / supplementing" :D

That's DCS. I don't think DCS will be ever be a complete sim in the near future with its current business model. Change your paradigm - it's a sim where you learn about, test and fly a buffet of EAs, report bugs and watch their development, eagerly awaiting updates and promised features. Then fly some missions occasionally, and enjoy the scenery. Learn from other YouTubers if the official channels do not bother to update outdated tutorials. There is no quality control there.

I think the F-15E should be on par with any of the new releases that have occurred in the past year. There will be bugs, but you can choose to wait if you want. For me, I’m going to grab this one when it comes out and deal with any issues and changes as they come. Most planes in DCS have their unexplained issues from time to time. I’m sure this one will be no different. Nature of the beast.

Day one for me too. RAZBAM has had its share of hiccups, but I think they're pretty solid. I'm sure the F-15E will see a lot of fixes and updates.

One year - half year ago, he had a lot of flaws. And basically every other patch to OpenBeta introduces new changes and new elements to Mirage 2000. So from my point of view it is still not finished/closed. It may be one of the "almost finished" modules - similar to the AV-8B, but you can still expect something to change in a moment. Or it will change because of "fillings" or some vision of one of the creators.

Things have changed since then... It's rather unfair saying most DCS modules are unfinished, if you haven't tested them recently. Yes, it was far from finished one year ago.

Nothing has changed - suddenly in a month, two, five you will run DCS and here is another Update with 50 items for Mirage2000C because someone will come to the conclusion that the color of the HUD display should be a little different, because the rockets should fly 124.5 meters further because the radar should be able to see targets 20 miles later ... etc ...
Even FC3 modules are not "safe" because with changes and patches, something changes every now and then. Nothing is 100% complete at DCS ever ...;)

You should consider playing chess. The game is quite stable for a while 😛

The AV-8B still does not have a complete manual. If this is a finished module then I am the king of england.
