reported Wind causes nosewheel jumps every other second and aircraft turning around main gear when stationary

As per titel. Nellis with 21kn at 0 ft. So more wind at airfield elevation. Stby for track. Version 2.7.16.27869.

This happens at 200' MSL with sub-5kt winds as well.

I've noticed this as well - not the turning, but the dipping of the aircraft as though I've just gone over a bump...but I'm not moving.

Track added above. Note, more wind results in more intense jumps with pilot getting g-LOC.
