need track replay Petrovich refuses to fire on second target

I'm seeing a couple times where Petrovich successfully engages a target (free fire mode) and then when a second target is found and selected, he says that he's engaging but never actually fires.  Manually giving him fire auth and/or cycling hold/free has no effect. 

 

Anyone else encountering that?

Same issue MP on Rotorheads server.  Will not fire second missile even though Petro states he is engaging, even says missile away.

Yeah same issue with this on ECW MP. He says the fire command, but doesn't actually fire. Its new with the last patch as well. Also he will sometimes later randomly yeet off the AT6 at nothing.

Next big patch should see improvements, but if you have a track replay showing an issue please attach it.
