fixed Hotkeys No Longer Toggle after 2.8

Noticed that hotkeys no longer toggle. Take the engine de-ice / dust-protector for example. First toggle works to de-ice, but subsequent toggles did nothing. It was all okay prior to the 2.8 update.

What do you mean by "go back and/or forth"? Keybinds seem unusable to me in their current state.

• Gyro/Mag/Manual heading
• SPU-9 Radio communicator selector
• Autopilot BARO/RALT altitude hold mode
• Datalink mode

If you find some more, please complete the list.

I would just like to warn everyone who is waiting for it to work as before after the repair, that it probably won't.  Be prepared to need a second button to move the switch in the opposite direction. All 3 and more positions switches affected by this, is now controlled in cockpit by right and left mouse button. So it will by same even with hotkey like it is in Mi-24P. So one key for one direction, another one for move the switch back.

The hotkeys of the following 3-way switches only work in one direction, up or to the right.  Once they have reached the top or right position, they no longer switch back.

- Weapon Mode Switch Burst Length

- CMS Select Left/Both/Right board flares

- HUD-Modes Recticle/Night/Day
