This is especially visible a little bit further away, not as close as on the screenshot. (It does affect all vehicles) I agree, that it is a minor thing - but nevertheless it is quite immersion breaking as this spots should be particular dark in reality. Perhaps it can be looked after at some point in time. It's because the whole shadow system was redone to have soft shadows, might be a limitation of the new tech...
