D500 Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 (edited) Does anyone know if it is planned to implement system failures in the f16c? Edited August 10, 2022 by D500
BigMac.no Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 I believe it is? Not sure how it works thou'... null
D500 Posted August 10, 2022 Author Posted August 10, 2022 This I checked. But in the ME there are no failures available for now. F18 for example has.

Aquorys Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 By the way, it would be great to be able to adjust the probability of random system failures, probably something like a range from unlikely, like a really well-maintained aircraft, to training-level, where there would be a very high failure rate. And maybe another switch to limit the failures per flight to one at a time for training purposes would also make sense, so you wouldn't end up with 4 different systems failing at the same time when you're just trying to learn how to deal with a single failure. 1 1 F-16 / Su-33 / Ka-50 F-16 Checklists (Kneeboard compatible) F-16 BVR training missions

You can easy do that in Mission Editor: just select your plane and go to failure tab (third or forth). On Viper they are not implemented, is WIP, but you can test with other module - Mig21 have them, for example... Hope it helps
CoconutCockpit Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 (edited) Did we ever have system failures in the Viper? The window is just empty for me, but I seem to remember it not being like that at some point. For the A-10 the list of failures is populated, but not for the Viper. Is this a bug?
