Is there any way to disable trimming the rudder when T is pressed?

I'm trying to use Logitech driving Pedals, so that means only using one pedal for rudder.

Trimming screws up the centering of the pedal.

Alternatively, is there any way to program a seperate axis for Left and Right? So, brake could be Left and Throttle could be Right Pedal.

It doesn't seem possible in the settings.

From what I recall the Ka-50 itself also trims both pedals and cyclic. As such this is the trim behavior that's been modeled in the game, which cannot be customised.

People in the past have complained about it too, maybe they've come up with a solution, I'm not sure.

I dont believe seperate trim for rudders is possible, but you could use Flight Director mode which requires a lot less trimming.

I tend to make sure I have the axis position screen? up, CTRL+Enter, then you can see where your rudders are set and centre them using the information that this screen supplies

My problem is not with the Yaw trim, but with the heading trim. When you trim, it not only trims the yaw but sets a heading as well. I'm ready to accept that there might be an automatic pilot controlling horizontal attitude and that it might be linked to the trim, but I can't believe it can't be disabled. It's a real nuisance in many situations. Or maybe there's a way to turn heading hold off that I do not know about...

Heading hold is off as long as Flight Director is ON, or while you're holding down the trimmer button. Also, you could disengage the AP heading hold (one of the four blue AP control buttons), but this is neither necessary, nor allowed in real life, barring AP malfunction.

Yes that is how I use my logitech pedals - they work fine

Back to one of Exp Pilots questions - is there any way to have the rudder on seperate axis, I have a set of Ball Racing speed 7 Pedals, great for racing games but no way to combine axis. I got the brake pedal set for wheel brakes but want to use clutch and throttle for rudder.

he pedals work great in Combined Mode. Thanks Frederf, sometimes the solution is right in front of us and we just cant see it.

What does this mean? What is "combined mode"? How does this relieve this threads original problem?

Combined Mode makes it so that instead of the throttle and brake being separate Axis. They're combined to one single Axis.

This works great in Blackshark.

Could someone tell me (us perhaps :P) how you installed the pedals so they work like that? =D Ive got G25 pedals, will that work?:joystick:

In the Logitech Profiler, go to Options/Global Device Settings and check the box that says "Report Combined Pedals".

I'm not sure if the Profiler is the same for the G25?
